Established
in 1955, the Company's modern production facilities are complemented by
skilled tradesmen - some have been with the firm for many years. For the
full story, click HERE.
We manufacture high precision tooling for a diverse range of products,
from simple to complex. Producing moulds for the production of light fixtures,
spa pool filters, cleaners, toy blocks, horticultural seed trays, domestic
appliances, automotive wheel trims, light lenses and electronic equipment
- to name but a few.
STANDARD MOULD SETS
In addition to custom made tooling, the company manufactures standard mould sets. Whiter mould sets have established new standards of excellence and are used throughout New Zealand and Australia. We also supply die sets with waterways, drilled by our gun drilling machine up to one metre deep with pockets if required.
EJECTOR PINS
In addition to toolmaking operations, we are an agent for nitrided and un-nitrided ejector pins and keep more than 300 different sizes in both metric and imperial sizes in stock and can deliver anywhere in New Zealand.
A stock list with prices of standard mould sets and ejector pins is available and can be dispatched on request

PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDS
Making highly complex plastic injection moulds from blocks of "raw" steel for automotive and domestic products requires precision engineering at its best. Modern machinery with big capacity and varying capabilities is essential - at the heart of the shop floor are six Mazak machining centres. These centres enable the blocks of steel, which are cut to size elsewhere on the premises, to be drilled and shaped to fine tolerances and to a high degree of accuracy.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Skilled, highly trained and well motivated people are acknowledged as the keys to success of any business. However in die and mould making, where precision at every stage of a jobs progress is crucial, old fashioned craftsmanship is a highly valued quality.
As well as job related training, our more experienced and knowledgeable employees pass down "know how" they have learned to younger staff members. This transfer of experience on how best to undertake difficult or intricate work ensures continuity of excellence.
We foster this sharing of craftsmanship because it builds pride in individual accomplishment and also enhances our reputation.
