Intercad Ltd, the local distributor of SolidWorks, have developed an automated programme for creating fully editable,parametic,associative Whiter moulds sets as an assembly of SolidWorks parts.

From a simple interface within SolidWorks,a tool designer specifies the mould set type and plate thickness. The model is then built. At any stage,either individual parts can be modified or the mould type can be changed, whilst maintaining relationships established between the mould plates and cavity geometry used.
